International Shipping:

 

As of this moment, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States of America. However, in the future we intend to expand our shipping options.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing, packing, and shipping of your purchase. 

 

At times where there is an influx of orders please allow a maximum of 7 business days. We are a small team, but will work hard to ensure a smooth and great shopping experience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Opua Noa. We hope you are satisfied with your order and shopping experience with us. However, if you find any dissatisfaction, you may be eligible to return in exchange for a refund, exchange of goods, or store credit. Please refer to the following conditions for our full return policy.

 

Returns

 

Purchased items are eligible for returns up to 14 business days after receiving goods. After the 14 day period, the product is no longer eligible for a return. In order to be granted a refund/exchange/store credit the product must be in its original condition: tags are still intact and items must not be washed. Any items with defects or damages upon arrival must be shown proof with pictures and videos. After review, we will notify you and proceed to the following stages of the return process.

**For items with manufacturing defects within 14 business days after receiving the products, we will willingly replace the item(s) for exchange and shipping costs. However, if a request is made for an exchange or change of mind return, the customer is responsible for postage.

**We will not be held responsible for any lost and stolen packages.

 

Return Process

​

In order to return an item, do the following:

 

  • For any exchange requests or change of mind returns. A 7 day period will be granted to process an exchange from the time the item was received. Please contact our customer service support email (found at the end of the return policy) and state your reason. 

  • If there are any damages upon arrival that is considered as a manufacturing defect, take pictures and videos as proof and contact us through our customer service support email. Please file your return and state whether you would like to receive a refund, an exchange, or store credit. 

  • After we have received the email, please give at least 5 business days for our team to review the request and we will contact you with further instructions.

Refunds

​

After receiving and inspecting the condition of the returned item, please allow at least 7 business days for our team to process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank/credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

Exceptions

​

Opua Noa will not be accepting the return of an item under the following conditions:

  • Missing tags

  • Items was washed

  • No videos and pictures provided

  • Filing of return made after 7 business days for exchanges and change of mind returns, and 14 business days for items with manufacturing defects.
